PROVIDENCE, Â R.I. (WPRI) – Rosemary Booth Gallogly, Rhode Island’s revenue director, said Friday she “was not in favor” of the 38 Studios deal in 2010 and expressed those concerns directly to then-Gov. Don Carcieri as a member of his cabinet.
