Gina Raimondo is the state's General Treasurer.

Raimondo, a Rhode Island native, attended Harvard University and earned her doctorate at Oxford University as a Rhodes Scholar. She earned her law degree at Yale.

Raimondo is a partner in Point Judith Capital, which has provided start-up funding to more than 20 companies, including Rhode Island-based DNA sequencing firm NABsys and Narragansett Brewing.
